MEET YOUR THERAPIST

Sarah Yosra Azzam

Registered Psychotherapist & Founder of Nova Therapy

Hi, I’m Sarah. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, respected, and able to be yourself.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive. I work with you at a pace that feels manageable, creating space to understand what you’re carrying, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and move toward meaningful change.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. Therapy can start with simply having a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe enough to explore what matters to you.

Work Toward Meaningful Change

A free 15 minute consultation gives us a chance to briefly talk about what you’re looking for, answer any initial questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Your first sessions are focused on getting to know you, understanding what has been bringing you to therapy, and identifying what you would like support with. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for.

Together, we explore patterns, build understanding and practical tools, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.
